new here with 2 year old

my son was diagnosed in january of 2008 with pacc...here it is 2 years later and still no sitting, walking, standing, or talking....he has seizures and suffers from acid reflux...we are at a stand still with this and dont know what to do now...he starts school next august and no one can give us any kind of prognosis
